I’m Jack, I’m 26 and have been a qualified PT for almost 6 years now.

Growing up I was always playing sport wether it was football down at the park, rugby for school or even competing in martial arts tournaments on a weekend.

Throughout my years as a PT I’ve had lots of experience training people at varying levels of ability and have had some amazing results along the way.

My aim is to bridge the gap between you and the gym. My passion is not just helping you achieve your goals but to also help you understand the how and why!

Results are great but learning how to take control of your own fitness journey is the real key to your success.

Our personal training packs come with free gym membership, nutrition set up/coaching and lifestyle advice. Everything you do is kept in our app where you can track your progress with body weight/measurements and pictures. This is also where I keep an eye on everything you’re doing away from our sessions including nutrition, additional activity and sleep.
