More than a gym. Coaching that puts you first.
The main thing we have learnt over the last 10 years is that people don’t need an amazing program or to be beasted in the gym to get the results they want. What they need is a place that they actually want to go to. So that’s where our focus is.
We are proud to have built a fun and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their training sessions. Here’s what sets us apart…
Expert Coaching - Every session has a coach to help you learn, answer questions and progress you safely and effectively.
Programming - Our members get access to world class program writers with experience working at the top level in pro Rugby League.
Supportive Community - Train alongside friendly people who encourage each other.
Real Progress - Build strength, improve fitness, find consistency and create habits that will last.
FAQ
How do I track my progress?
With our dedicated app you can upload progress photos, body measurements (including skin folds if you want) as well as weight tracking. This app is also where we put your 6 week program with instructional videos and all the information you need. All you have to do is fill in the blanks, we do everything else for you. You will also get an automated pop up every time you have done something better which is great to share on your social media pages!
Can I try it out?
Of course! You are more than welcome to come down and have a free personal training session to see what the gym is about and how the whole thing works. We won’t go through any sales stuff with you as we don’t like it and would rather concentrate on the coaching. We will instead follow up with you in the days after your session to see what you thought.
What makes you different to other gyms?
With our gym you become part of a community you will have a dedicated coach at every session ready to guide you through your program and help teach you any movements you may be unfamiliar with. We also write your program which changes every 6 weeks depending on your goals.
Am I fit enough?
YES!! Everyone can do something. Our background in sport has taught us how to adapt to a range of injuries and issues and make sure people can still get what they need. We prefer to work with people that have little to no experience. That way we can teach them our way.
Where are you based?
We are on Acorn Industrial Estate, Albion Street in Castleford. Just up from the Morrisons and B&M.
How often should I train?
Our main program is designed for two sessions per week, with additional extra sessions to choose from after that. We understand that time is valuable. What you get in those two sessions is enough to make a positive change.
I’m still unsure, how can I get more information?
If you’ve had a good look round the site but are still unsure whether we are the right fit for you then give us a call on or you can drop us an email at info@chaoscoaching.co.uk or click the WhatsApp button.
What People Are Saying
“This time last year I wouldn’t and couldn’t step foot in a gym. I was too body conscious and my anxiety was through the roof. So I got a PT, he lifted my confidence, changed my body and thought process with food and exercise! Now a year on I’m training 3 times a week, never miss and have the most amazing gym family that push me to be a better me”
