Off season athletes looking for a specific attribute to focus on improving in the off season.
People looking to fight against ageing and maintain a level of athleticism.
Our tests.
Isometric Mid Thigh Pull (IMTP) - Showing you the total amount of force you are currently capable of producing.
Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) - Tells us how high you can jump, your peak power output and also your rate of force production.
Reactive Strength Index (RSI) - This test shows how well you can absorb and create force rapidly. It is a continuous jump test and the algorithm will select the best 5 jumps for your test score.
Dynamic Strength Index (DSI) - A score that is worked out using your CMJ and IMTP, this gives you a score of less than 1 and helps guide where you should be prioritising your training, whether it should be aimed at improving strength, speed or what is called concurrent training (a little bit of everything).

Heard enough?
