
Ladies Only Course
Our gym is predominantly Ladies, we aren’t a ladies only space but we do pride ourselves on being somewhere that people train well, learn and have fun doing it, knowing they are safe and there are no egos. This has clearly created an environment where women feel comfortable and enjoy being here.
The ladies only courses are the favourite hours of our coaches weeks!
The success of the gym was built on these course when we first opened in 2017 (most of those ladies are still with us now), so we brought them back in 2023 and now they are here to stay!
MEET THE COACHES
Jamie
Founder of Chaos Coaching in 2017, worked full time in professional sport for 10 years with York City Knights and then Castleford Tigers as Head of Strength and Conditioning.
Now at Featherstone Rovers Jamie has been able to put more time in to the gym as it continues to grow.
‘The thing that has always motivated me the most is working with people that genuinely want to improve. We have built a place here where that is top of our list, the people that come here get stronger and healthier that is our minimum requirement!’
Jordan
Currently working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club.
Having been in professional sport for the last 5 years I have learnt some valuable lessons around not only sports performance but how to better yourself as an individual and maximise your potential.
Throughout my time in professional sport I have also always coached at Chaos Coaching, working with a range of people from all different backgrounds and all with different experiences.
Coaching is a passion for me and something I grateful for everyday to call it my job.

Meet Vicki…
Vicki started with us in 2021 and has been with us ever since. Obviously her transformation is amazing but more importantly than that for the first time in her life she is training consistently week in week out and is confident in the gym.
Vicki continues to improve and we like to think we helped her to being happier, healthier and more consistent in everything she does!
