Our plan for everyone is that they end up on our membership. Different people need different levels of support and that is absolutely fine. We run things differently here and there are techniques and processes to learn. We have huge success with people that normally hate the gym and can’t find consistency with training. Here’s why…
What makes the Chaos way work?
Regardless of which option you choose you won’t be on your own at Chaos.
You will have a coach with you every step of the way.
We have 2 programs running…
New Starters - This is aimed more at beginners, the movements are simpler and the reps are higher to give you more opportunity to learn the techniques.
General Members - After a few months (or when we feel you’re ready) we will transition you across to the full membership program where you will start working up to some 1 repetition maximums to see where you’re really at.
Your program will be written out and ready for you, all based in our app.
You can track your progress in there as well, as you put in the weights that you lift it will build a history of that exercise and also tell you what you are currently capable of lifting for 1 rep.
We have a good laugh on the gym floor, everyone works at their own pace. As long as you are pushing to improve yourself and lifting well the coaches are happy.
So what are the options?

As far as we’re concerned everyone can benefit from starting here. The 1-2-1 support is obviously the best way to get the most out of every session. Having someone watch every rep, help with weight selection and generally taking the thought process out of everything you do is a great way to start. Having someone on hand to answer any questions you might have will help put your mind at ease.

A cheaper option than PT with all the benefits. If there is a small group of you (up to 4) and you want to train together then this option ends up being really good value for money. You get all the support of a PT for a substantially reduced rate. Being part of a small group makes it easier for you to be consistent, as well as helps you to push each other on.

If you feel like you are ready to go on to our standard membership then this is the option for you. You need to be confident asking questions of the coach and happy to receive instruction.
